TBT is a non-profit organization designed to develop youth and high school baseball players for the collegiate and professional levels regardless of financial status. Our mission is to provide life lessons through the game of baseball, to create positive role models, fathers, and leaders for the community. We believe using the game of baseball to teach life lessons to our young athletes will help them excel in not just sports but in the game of life. Our hopes are to have all of the athletes be seen by academic institutions of all levels across the country in hopes of lessening the financial burden of college tuition to help our athletes to explore the next level of their chosen career path.
